How to Delete Your PitchIn Account

We understand that circumstances may lead you to consider deleting your PitchIn account, and we want to make the process as straightforward as possible. Follow the steps below to delete your account:

Step 1: Access Account Settings

Open the PitchIn app and navigate to your account settings. Scroll to the bottom of the settings menu, where you will find the option "Delete Account."

Step 2: Click "Delete Account"

Tap on the "Delete Account" option. You will be prompted to enter your email address associated with your PitchIn account.

Step 3: Enter Email Address

Provide the email address linked to your PitchIn account and proceed to confirm your decision.

Step 4: Confirmation Notification

After submitting your email address, you will receive a confirmation notification. This serves as an additional layer of security to ensure the authenticity of the account deletion request.

Step 5: Allow Processing Time

The account deletion process involves the thorough removal of your data and may take up to 15 days. We appreciate your patience during this period.

Important Note:

Before initiating the deletion process, we recommend ensuring that you have no outstanding tasks or bookings to expedite the deletion process. If you encounter any issues during the deletion process, please contact us at info@pitchin.me for assistance.
